  • £6 flat rate for orders under £100

We use Amazon to fulfil our orders in UK so you should receive you order within 3 to 5 working days of the order date.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Since BREXIT we have had to halt all shipments coming from the UK to EU countries.  If you are interested in purchasing any of our products, you are able to do this via our New Zealand based website at, https://www.smartmerino.co.nz.

SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE ELSE

We offer shipping to many more countries around the world including, North America, Asia, Africa & Other European countries that are not listed above. Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 30 days since the date you received items to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this includes your item being in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you using the original payment method.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind with your purchase, you can return your item or exchange the item, minus a restocking fee. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for return postage. To be eligible your item must be unused, unworn, the same condition it was received and in its original packaging.
